The Master Lecture Series brings world-renowned gardeners, artists, authors and speakers to Meijer Gardens each spring and fall. Held in the Huizenga Grand Room, lectures are free for members and included with admission for non-members.
The Environmental lecture presents speakers and topics related to the natural environment. Past speakers include Louie Schwartzberg, Lee Stetson and Daniel Janzen with his wife and research partner, Winnifred Hallwachs.
In April, Meijer Gardens hosts the Secchia Garden Lecture, which features internationally recognized gardeners speaking on a variety of horticultural topics. Past presenters include Peter Hatch, Paula Hayes, Sydney Eddison, Adrian Bloom and Dr. Kendall Brown. See the Events section below for more information on future Secchia Garden Lectures.

Please Note: To enter Autumn Nights, guests must enter through the Amphitheater gates. The Richard & Helen DeVos Japanese Garden, The Lena Meijer Children’s Garden, and the Sculpture Park are closed during this programming.
Please Note: The Thicket in the Sculpture Park will be closed November 14-15 for landscape maintenance.
