Scholarships
Meijer Gardens offers scholarships to help schools provide enriching field trips to their students. Title I schools, where 40% or more students qualify for free or reduced meals, are eligible for transportation or admission scholarships.
Transportation Scholarships
Transportation scholarships are based on the distance traveled to Meijer Gardens and the number of buses needed for your field trip (shown below). Grand Rapids Public Schools receive $100 per bus. The maximum award is $600 per school.

Admission Scholarships
Admission assistance lowers the cost per student based on the percentage of students who qualify for free or reduced meals at the applying school. Adults are not eligible to receive scholarship benefits.
