I am writing to inform you that Ericka is so very professional, helpful and on top of everything to assist with the seminar. I truly appreciate her, as I never worry about a thing when scheduling a seminar at your venue. I am always there to set up as well as greet and admit our clients to the event. Ericka is also always there and foes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. I am a firm believer of giving credit where credit is due, and Ericka truly is an outstanding employee and a fabulous Sales Coordinator for Meijer Gardens.

We really enjoyed working with and your team! All the back and forth emails and questions were so graciously answered and attended to. The meal options to accommodate the dairy free people – thank you for easily coming up with a solution for those folks. Thank you to the team that sets up the tables and chairs, to those who dress the tables, for those who give a great deal of attention and detail to each and every place setting in the room. We appreciate the room was set up earlier this year – especially getting the registration area set up earlier. That allowed us to be on top of our game and ready to greet those guests who always arrive early.

The serving staff was amazing! They served our group of 600+ so quickly! We appreciate their hard work and dedication! We look forward to working with your team again in 2024!

Thank you so much for all your help these last few months in putting together our event last week! You were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate your help with all the last minute changes/additions, etc. The event went perfectly, looked amazing, and I heard the food was great! Everyone had a really good time and the event was a great success so thank you for helping to make that happen. I am so glad we held our event at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park and, while I don’t want to do another event like this one, if we do I will call you first!
